1. Go to the right places.

Most men think that loud clubs and night bars are the best places to pick up women. Ditch that idea! Why? It’s because you can find a lot of them almost everywhere! So, don’t get stuck to thinking that you can only find girls to date during parties or at a dingy bar. You can actually find the girl of your dreams at stores, malls, in a class, even on a bookstore. Just open your eyes and pay closer attention.

2. Let her know you’re really into her.

You can start by using the “staring”, “glancing” game, but don’t make it appear like you’re a maniac or you’ll scare the wits out of her before you actually approach her. Once she notices you, or you noticed that she glances back at you, take the game into a higher level, go ahead and introduce yourself. A word of caution though, you must be able to determine if she is giving back a dirty stare or if she just smile and look away, or you’ll end up making a fool out of yourself.

Break the ice with what some calls a “neutral-opinion opener”, meaning, you should start the conversation with a topic that does not involve you or her. It can be a simple, “you seem to like pure alcohol” or “what do you think of this place?” It’s like prolonging the staring game you started. You’re likely to have much good and enjoyable conversation if you’ll try this technique.

3. Be original.

Uniqueness is always an advantage. If you are approaching a woman, a really, gorgeous woman, it is possible that people are always telling her how hot or how cute she is, so drop the idea of commenting on her appearance. She will probably appreciate it but it won’t make her tick. Comment on her clothes, her purse, her shoes or her accessories instead. That way, you can create a light, natural and flirty conversation that’s out of the ordinary.

4. Give her a nickname.

If you would like to approach a girl, try this trick. But don’t give an offending nickname or too generic ones such as “cutie pie” or “miss beautiful” because that is lame. Remember, you must be unique.

5. Be calm and don’t come too strong, just be you.
